CAITLIN KELLY


For over 16 years, Caitlin has been guiding students back home to themselves through intentional movement, breath, and deep rest. Her work is rooted in the practice of stillness — through yin yoga, slow vinyasa flow, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, reiki, and sound healing. Caitlin’s philosophy is that we all deserve rest, that yoga is for everyone, and that no one should feel limited in their practice because of their physical or mental health. As a trauma-informed instructor, she strives to create spaces that are supportive, inclusive, and grounded in choice.
