Yoga came into my life almost 20 years ago when I was recovering from a severe spinal injury. The very first yoga class I walked into was a led Primary Ashtanga class. I had no idea what Ashtanga was when I walked in but it resonated with me on such a deep level. After that first class I was hooked, I had found my practice. Ashtanga yoga has become a huge part of my life and has changed me physically, mentally and emotionally. Because it had such a profound impact on my life, I decided to start teaching Ashtanga to help more people recover from injury, deepen their practice, and become more connected to their bodies. Teaching yoga has become an extension of my personal practice and has provided me with a wonderful opportunity to give back to others. I welcome students of all levels and deeply encourage you to bring yoga into your life.
